Highland Mall

6001 Airport Boulevard, (512) 454-9656
Just off I H-35 & Hwy 290

This was the first major mall built in Austin.  While the outside of the mall is still very dated the inside has a wonderful open airy feeling.

Location: From Interstate 35 South, take the 290 exit East and follow 290 until it intersects with Airport Boulevard.

Kerbey Lane & Jefferson Square

Located between Jefferson Street & Kerbey Lane off of 35th Street a series of older homes that have been converted in shops, stores and restaurants. Offering unique gifts and boutique style clothing. Parking can be a challenge, look for spots behind the store you wish to shop in.

Location:  From I H-35 take the 38th street exit and go West until you run into 35th street.  From Mo-Pac take the 35th Street exit and go East until you reach the intersection of 35th & Kerbey lane.

Lakeline Mall

11200 Lakeline Mall Drive, (512) 257-7467

The newest mall in Austin.   Located in Northwest Austin the mall contains all of the major department stores.

Location:  Located on the Northwest corner of Hwy 183 and RR 620 in far North West Austin.

Northcross Mall

2525 W. Anderson Lane, (512) 451-7466

This mall has been located in Austin for a number of years and in order to compete with some of the newer malls will be undergoing some changes.  One of the key attraction to this mall is the ice rink inside.

Location: From Mo-Pac North take the Anderson Lane exit.  Go East on Anderson and the mall will be on the right before Burnet Road.

The Drag

A popular hang out for UT college students. The "drag", or the lower part of Guadalupe Street, is one of the most outstanding shopping experiences. The range of eclectic stores must be experienced.

West End Style

This retail area located at the corner of 5th & 6th Streets, between Lamar & West is home to many unique and one-of-a-kind stores.  A recent addition just opened on the South West corner of Lamar and 6th street with several new hip, trendy stores including By George, and Chico.
